Biography

Yujeong Bae is a research professor in the center for quantum nanoscience at the institute for basic science (IBS), Korea. She received her PhD in Ewha Womans University in 2016. She started her postdoc at IBS center for QNS and was dispatched to IBM Almaden for 2 years.

Current research focuses on the coherent control of quantum states atoms on a surface using electron spin resonance (ESR) combined with scanning tunneling microscope (STM). She has specialties in ultrahigh vacuum molecular beam epitaxy system, magneto-transport measurement, atom manipulation and spin resonance in STM.
